The Temperance Brennan Series, Book #15, is set in Canada. Brennan is looking at the deaths of 3 infants presumed to belong to one woman - Alma Rogers? - with many aliases. Homicide detective Andrew Ryan, who has had an off-again on-again relationship with Brennan is also back along with Ollie Hasty of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, who had a brief affair with Brennan decades ago. This unlikely and bristly trio travels to Edmonton and Yellowknife on the trail of Alma Rogers, who could possibly be the serial killer of her own babies.
