Explore the World of Digital Magazines

July 1^st the Arrowhead Library System will be introducing their newest service for area library patrons.  Digital magazines through the Zinio service will be available and accessible from an array of devices, including iOS, Android and WebOS.

All you need is a valid Arrowhead library card, a computer or other device, and an email address.  Look for the link on the library’s web page.  We will post it at the top of the side bar.

Using Zinio for the First Time

1.  Get a free email account if you don't have one--www.outlook.com and
www.gmail.com are two good choices

2.  Click the Zinio icon on the Library's homepage

3.  Click on "Create New Account" in upper right, and follow the
instructions

4.  Find the magazine you want to read on the Zinio page and click on it

5.  Register when prompted and indicate your email preferences

6.  Click on the magazine you've checked out in your Reading List, and the reader will load!  Be sure to logout in the upper right corner when you are finished on each page.

Coming back later to read your checked-out magazines

1.  Click the icon and login at the Zinio gateway page

2.  Click on "Go to my checked-out magazines" in the upper right

3.  Sign in again when asked

4.  Click on "Your Library" at the top of the next page

5.  Click on your magazines to view!

6.  Remember to log out when finished
