Bobby Flay's latest cookbook, features everything you want to know about America's favorite meal: Burgers, fries and a shake. Bobby's Burger Palace opened in 2008 and he is sharing his recipes so you can cook the same menu for your friends and family.
Bobby says: "In New York City, where I grew up and continue to live today, my memories include a place called Jackson Hole, where the burgers were oversized and juicy and crusty on the outside. It was the first place I remember being able to order toppings like sauteed mushrooms and cheeses other than American and Cheddar."
