The Virginia Public Library will be hosting author Dennis Weidemann on Tuesday, July 21st, at noon. Weidemann is the author of "This Water Goes North". It is the tale of four Iowa farm boys that paddled 1400 miles from Minnesota to Hudson Bay. With just beat-up canoes and no experience they had the adventure of a lifetime.
There will be a slide show and book signing. The Virginia Library is located at 215 5th Ave. South in Virginia.
