Mary Russell, undercover as the producer’s assistant, is sent by Chief Inspector Lestrade to investigate the British moving picture industry where the Flytte Film Company is experiencing some rather odd problems. 11th in the series, real pirates on a real pirate ship, the Harlequin, gives realism a new name in the latest Mary Russell – Sherlock Holmes mystery.
